Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full return or exchange.

Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you would like to return and exchange any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at contact@zubee.in or Dm on Instagram @zubeejewels within 2 days of delivery with the following information.

– Order number

– Delivery address

– Specify the reason for return and exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn’t like the product

A product can be exchanged only once through the course of an order.

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective damaged or the customer has received a wrong product.
