Refund And Exchange policy

We will not issue a refund or exchange if:

We sorry! Errors can occur. If the items you received are not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible!

We offer a 7 day claim period. If it has been 7 days since your purchase is marked as delivered in the system, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
